FAQ

Does the app upload my photos or videos?

LociStamp is designed as an on-device editing tool. Your photos/videos are processed locally on your device. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

Why is my location missing or incorrect on the watermark?
  • Make sure Location Services are enabled on your device.
  • Go to iOS SettingsPrivacy & SecurityLocation Services and allow access for LociStamp.
  • If you prefer not to show location, select Hide Location in the location selector.
How do I export (save) to the Photos app?
  • In the editor, tap Save to save to your photo library.
  • If saving fails, check the Photo Library permission in iOS Settings.
How do I report a bug?

Please email us and include the steps to reproduce the issue, a screenshot or screen recording, and (if possible) the original media that triggers the problem.

Subscriptions & Purchases

If you subscribe to Pro, the subscription may auto-renew unless you cancel it in iOS.

Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment information.

Troubleshooting

The camera preview is black / cannot open the camera
  • Go to iOS SettingsLociStamp and enable Camera.
  • Force quit the app and reopen it.
  • Restart your device if the issue persists.
My exported video has no sound
  • Confirm the Microphone permission is enabled for LociStamp.
  • Try recording a short test video and exporting again.
Saving fails or the app cannot access Photos
  • Go to iOS SettingsLociStamp and allow Photos access.
  • Make sure your device has enough free storage.
The location is stuck on “Fetching…”
  • Check Location Services and network connectivity.
  • If you are indoors or in a weak GPS environment, it may take longer to get a stable location.
